NCDMB Introduces In-House Academy to Enhance Knowledge Sharing and Training

The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) has officially launched its in-house Academy, named LearnFest, which is designed to facilitate knowledge sharing and training among its staff and stakeholders. This initiative is part of the Nigerian Content Academy (NCA), a specialized arm dedicated to enhancing the capacity and understanding of the Board’s mandate and operations.

LearnFest aims to provide comprehensive training sessions that delve into the inner workings of the NCDMB, equipping participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively contribute to the Board's objectives. By fostering an environment of continuous learning and development, the NCDMB seeks to enhance collaboration among its personnel and external stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are well-informed and aligned with the Board's mission.

In a statement during the launch, the Executive Secretary of the NCDMB emphasized the importance of knowledge sharing in achieving the Board’s goals, stating,

“It is imperative that our staff and stakeholders are well-versed in our operations to effectively contribute to the growth of Nigeria’s oil and gas sector.”

This initiative is expected to not only improve internal processes but also strengthen partnerships with industry players.
