NCC Unveils Zero-Rated Education Initiative to Benefit Five Million Students

The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has announced the launch of a groundbreaking zero-rated education scheme designed to facilitate access to essential learning resources for five million students across the country. This initiative ensures that data used while visiting approved educational websites, digital libraries, and learning platforms will not be deducted from users' regular data balances, significantly easing the financial burden on students and their families.
